Driftwood Plumbing & Heating
At Driftwood Plumbing & Heating, we believe in honest pricing, quality workmanship, and clear communication. This policy explains our payment terms, return guidelines, and warranty coverage so customers know what to expect when working with us.
1. Estimates and Service Agreements
We strive to provide clear recommendations and communicate the anticipated scope and cost of work before services begin.
Customers will have an opportunity to review and approve proposed work before repairs or installations are performed.
If additional work becomes necessary, we will communicate the recommended changes and obtain approval before proceeding.
For larger projects, specific payment schedules, deposits, or additional terms may be outlined in a separate written estimate or service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Customers are responsible for payment of approved services and any applicable charges disclosed as part of their service agreement.
3. Financing
Driftwood Plumbing & Heating offers financing options through Wisetack and its lending partners.
Financing is subject to eligibility, credit approval, and the terms established by the financing provider.
Customers interested in financing may review available options through our Financing page.
All financing applications, approvals, and repayment terms are managed through Wisetack and its lending partners.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because plumbing and heating services frequently involve installed materials and completed labor, returns and refunds depend on the nature of the purchase or service.
Customers requesting a return or refund should contact Driftwood Plumbing & Heating so we can review the circumstances and determine available options.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Driftwood Plumbing & Heating provides a limited one-year workmanship warranty on qualifying repairs and installations performed by our company, beginning on the date the work is completed, unless different written warranty terms apply to the specific project.
This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship.
If an issue is determined to be caused by defective workmanship covered under this warranty, Driftwood will correct the covered work at no additional labor charge.
Warranty coverage applies to the work originally performed and does not extend to unrelated plumbing or heating issues.
6. Parts and Manufacturer Warranties
Company-Supplied Parts and Equipment
Parts and equipment supplied by Driftwood Plumbing & Heating may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Manufacturer warranties vary by product and may have different coverage periods, conditions, and exclusions.
Our workmanship warranty is separate from any applicable manufacturer warranty.
Customer-Supplied Parts and Equipment
Driftwood Plumbing & Heating does not provide a product warranty on parts, fixtures, or equipment purchased independently by a customer.
Customers are responsible for pursuing applicable product warranty claims through the original retailer or manufacturer.
Our workmanship warranty may still apply to qualifying installation work performed by Driftwood, but it does not cover defects or failures originating from customer-supplied products.
